Our Breckenridge Gin pairs with Cacao Sampaka, a white chocolate with spiced lime. The spice and citrus of the chocolate pair nicely with the subtle citrus and floral notes prominent in our Gin.
Breckenridge Bourbon pairs with Valrhona Blonde Dulcey, an extraordinarily mild chocolate with only 32% cacao. The butterscotch and shortbread flavors of the chocolate temper the spicy Rye of our Bourbon for a sublime dessert experience.
Breckenridge Chili Chile Vodka pairs with Amedei Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts. Breckenridge Port Cask Finish and Amano Raspberry Rose Dark Chocolate. This chocolate was inspired by the decadent and delicious pastries of France, making it the ideal pairing for our rick and dark fruit inflected Port Cask Finished Whiskey.
Breckenridge Bitter and Omnom 60% Dark Chocolate of Tanzania. The most complex of all the spirits produced by our distillery, the Bitter is a mélange of flavors that continually evolve as you sip. Pairing with this exceptional chocolate witch features a wonderful initial snap with a rich and fudgy mouthfeel. This pairing is one to savor.
